The Penthouse is an open plan-apartment with a very ‘happy’ feel. It is large, airy and very bright, with windows all around, vaulted ceiling and wooden floors and excellent furnishings.

The open plan kitchen is integrated with the lounge and dining areas and is large and stylish, with bar counter. The lounge has a single French Window opening on to a Juliet balcony running the length of the building and looking down onto the courtyard.

The bedroom is in an adjacent sector and can be partitioned off by ceiling to floor curtaining. It has a Queen sized double bed and vaulted ceiling.

The bathroom is of very high standard with bathtub/shower, tumbled marble tiling and Italian marble tops and ‘Sotini’ sanitary wear.
