Conditions and terms:
25% deposite required to confirm booking.
Balance of payment to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Both the deposit and the balance of payment are non refundable.
Therefore, all guests are very strongly advised to take out
Holiday/Travel insurance, once the initial booking has been made.
We suggest that this insurance should cover full refund of
all costs for travel, accommodation, emergency medical treatment,
loss of personal belongings etc, which may be incurred due to cancellation
of your holiday either before the actual holiday dates or for termination
of your holiday following arrival.
